Privacy Policy (English)

1. Location Access (Driver Profile only)

            Foreground Usage: The app collects precise location data only for Driver accounts. This collection occurs when the app is active or minimized with a visible notification (phone in standby), to allow real-time bus tracking by parents.
        

Tracking Stop: If the driver exits or closes the app, location collection stops immediately. No data is collected if the app is not running.

2. Account Creation & Credentials

Accounts are not created by users. Login credentials (Email, ID, and Password) are sent by the administrator when the child's account is created using the parents' email address.

3. Parent Profile (No GPS collection)

The app never accesses the GPS location of parents. Route calculations and notifications are based exclusively on the fixed address provided during registration.

4. Data Security and Deletion

Encryption: All data flows are encrypted for security.
Right to Deletion: Administrators and parents can request the deletion of their data at any time by contacting: admin@gpschoolbus.com.

Politique de Confidentialité (Français)

1. Accès à la Localisation (Profil conducteur uniquement)

            Usage au premier plan (Foreground) : L'application collecte des données de localisation précises uniquement pour les comptes conducteurs. Cette collecte s'effectue lorsque l'application est active ou réduite avec une notification visible (téléphone en veille).
        

Arrêt du suivi : Si le conducteur quitte ou ferme l'application, la collecte s'arrête immédiatement. Aucune donnée n'est collectée si l'application n'est pas en cours d'exécution.

2. Création de Compte et Identifiants

Les comptes ne sont pas créés par les utilisateurs. L'e-mail, l'identifiant (ID) et le mot de passe sont envoyés par l'administrateur lors de la création du compte de l'enfant avec l'adresse e-mail des parents.

3. Profil Parent (Aucune collecte GPS)

L'application n'accède jamais à la position GPS des parents. Le calcul des trajets se base exclusivement sur l'adresse fixe fournie lors de l'inscription.

4. Sécurité et Suppression des données

Chiffrement : Les flux de données sont chiffrés.
Suppression : L'administrateur et les parents peuvent demander la suppression de leurs données à tout moment en contactant : admin@gpschoolbus.com.

1. الوصول إلى الموقع (لملف تعريف السائق فقط)

            الاستخدام في المقدمة: يجمع التطبيق بيانات الموقع الدقيقة فقط لحسابات السائقين. يتم هذا الجمع عندما يكون التطبيق نشطًا أو مصغرًا مع وجود إشعار مرئي (الهاتف في وضع الاستعداد)، للسماح لأولياء الأمور بتتبع الحافلة في الوقت الفعلي.
        

إيقاف التتبع: إذا خرج السائق أو أغلق التطبيق، يتوقف جمع بيانات الموقع فورًا. لا يتم جمع أي بيانات إذا كان التطبيق لا يعمل.

2. إنشاء الحساب وبيانات الاعتماد

لا يتم إنشاء الحسابات من قبل المستخدمين. يتم إرسال بيانات اعتماد تسجيل الدخول (البريد الإلكتروني، المعرف، وكلمة المرور) من قبل المسؤول عند إنشاء حساب الطفل باستخدام البريد الإلكتروني لأولياء الأمور.

3. ملف تعريف ولي الأمر (لا يتم جمع بيانات الموقع)

التطبيق لا يصل أبدًا إلى موقع GPS الخاص بأولياء الأمور. تعتمد حسابات المسار والتنبيهات حصريًا على العنوان الثابت المقدم أثناء التسجيل.

4. أمن وحذف البيانات

تشفير البيانات: يتم تشفير جميع تدفقات البيانات لضمان الأمان.
حق الحذف: يمكن للمسؤولين وأولياء الأمور طلب حذف بياناتهم في أي وقت عبر التواصل معنا على: admin@gpschoolbus.com.

Política de Privacidad (Español)

1. Acceso a la ubicación (Solo perfil del conductor)

            Uso en primer plano: La aplicación recopila datos de ubicación precisos solo para cuentas de conductores. Esta recopilación ocurre cuando la aplicación está activa o minimizada con una notificación visible (teléfono en espera), para permitir el seguimiento del autobús en tiempo real por parte de los padres.
        

Parada de seguimiento: Si el conductor sale o cierra la aplicación, la recopilación de ubicación se detiene inmediatamente. No se recopilan datos si la aplicación no está en ejecución.

2. Creación de cuenta y credenciales

Las cuentas no son creadas por los usuarios. Las credenciales de inicio de sesión (correo electrónico, ID y contraseña) son enviadas por el administrador cuando se crea la cuenta del niño utilizando el correo electrónico de los padres.

3. Perfil de los padres (Sin recopilación de GPS)

La aplicación nunca accede a la ubicación GPS de los padres. Los cálculos de ruta y las notificaciones se basan exclusivamente en la dirección fija proporcionada durante el registro.

4. Seguridad y eliminación de datos

Cifrado: Todos los flujos de datos están cifrados por seguridad.
Derecho de eliminación: El administrador y los padres pueden solicitar la eliminación de sus datos en cualquier momento contactando a: admin@gpschoolbus.com.
